Tried clicking the zoom link instead of typing it in. Still getting the error. Uninstalled and installed latest version of Zoom for Mac. Tried the latest version of Zoom for iOS. I am not with zoom, but can suggest a few steps to move forward. Zoom also had the free 45 mins for everyone, try scheduling a meeting with your personal account and try joining it. There should be a phone only way to dial in to the meeting, did you try that?

At least audio is on. Instead of using your mac, did you try your smart phone app to join? Good Luck!
